LBD construction- Metal

I then cut out the leather. It was difficult to the exact right shapes I wanted (image 1) because of the leather being too tough to cut, it caused bruising on my hand (image 2). I think if I was to do this again I would use the laser cutter to get an exact cutting of my pieces. I think this would work better and prevent any problems I had this time.

I then slotted the pieces in place to create the belt (image 4). Three of the metal straps fitted in well and matched up with the metal (image 5). Although one didn’t match up (image 6) I then had to unpick it and re stitch it back in place.
