I was really inspired when I went to see Julius Caesar in 2010 and after reviewing it this year when I looked into the Steampunk project I felt it deserved a place on my blog, the Grecian designs with the futuristic twist really caught my attention. Fotini Dimou the costume designer for the Royal Shakespeare company did a fantastic job with the chunky belts teamed up with the flowing robes and futuristic look. I thought it was very stylised adding the needed modern twist. These are two of my favorite looks that were created within the production.
