Diary entry 18.01.11

Following on from Mondays lesson I carried on experimenting with the ruffles moving onto using calico to get a better idea on what my ruffles will look like. I then made my bodice front up in calico.

I still wasn't completely happy with my ruffles so i altered the ruffle pattern pieces and played around with numerous sizes and variations of ruffle sizes, I ended up creating my own swirl ruffles to try and create the most dramatic effect with the ruffle.
