During the third week of CAAD we began working with some new tools such as the pen tool, adding and removing handles and the white and black arrows. We looked at layering and how it was very important to organize your layers before you even begin your work. I experimented with doing more pen drawing with my designs. I eventually began to understand how to do it by the end of the session and am going to work on it over the next week. After learning about the layers it becomes much easier to control your work and allow quick changes if something isn’t right.
